1. Who we are

Hushwall is operated by Fredrik Bernström ("we", "us"). These terms form the agreement between you and Fredrik Bernström for your use of the Hushwall website and service. You can reach us at fbernstrom540@outlook.com.

2. Price and voluntary support

{app} is free to use. We do not charge you, we take no card details, and there is no subscription, plan or paid tier to buy. If you enjoy the service you may, entirely voluntarily, send a gift by Swish to +46 76 118 41 44 — 50 kr or any amount you like. A gift is not required, buys no extra features, and gives you no additional rights: everyone gets the same full access.

Refunds

Hushwall is free, so there are no purchases, charges or subscriptions and normally nothing to refund.

Sent a Swish gift by mistake? Email fbernstrom540@outlook.com within 30 days with the date and amount of the Swish transfer and we will send it back to the same Swish number, usually within 3–5 business days. Voluntary gifts are otherwise non-refundable.

Sending or not sending a gift does not change your access. Every visitor has the same full, free access to the service.

3. The service

Hushwall generates a single continuous brown-noise soundscape in your browser. It is free for everyone, with no listening limit, no trial countdown and no account required. Hushwall is a comfort and focus aid — it is not a medical device and makes no health, hearing-protection or treatment claims.

4. Accounts

You do not need an account to listen. An account is optional and only stores your email so your settings and history can follow you between devices. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. There is no plan, nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, reverse engineer or redistribute the service or its audio engine;
• resell the service or present it as your own;
• use the service unlawfully, or in a way that disrupts or overloads it.

6. Intellectual property

The Hushwall name, site, interface, code and audio engine remain the property of Fredrik Bernström. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own listening. No ownership is transferred.

7. Suspension and termination

We may block access or terminate an account that breaches these terms or is used to attack or abuse the service. Where a breach is minor we will contact you first. You may close your account at any time from your account page; deletion is permanent.

8. Availability and liability

Hushwall is provided free of charge, as is, and we aim to keep it available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; we may change or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, and because the service is free, our liability for any claim relating to it is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so clearly before they apply.
